Patrick Lowell co-founded Sage Management in 2004.  As CEO, Patrick is responsible for helping Sage’s customers as they transform to emerging technologies.  Patrick has previous management experience in Federal Government consulting.

Linda M. Cross

Audit Division

Linda Cross focuses on generating savings for our clients.  Since September of 2008, Linda has personally identified more than $200M in savings for our clients. 

David P. Corley


As CTO, Dave Corley is responsible for solving the most complex problems our clients face by leveraging software as a solution built on emerging technologies.  Dave brings 30 years of experience as a commercial software architect.

Scott M. Johnson


Scott Johnson founded Sage Management in 2004.  As President, Scott is responsible for client and partner relationships.  Scott has spent the majority of his career helping clients successfully solve problems. In his free time, Scott volunteers mentoring youth sports teams and young entrepreneurs, successfully helping create Cross Up.

Kyle L. Miller

Engineer Division

Kyle Miller leads our Engineering and  Physical Inventory Team.  His extensive and hands on experience with all types of Telecom facilities helps ensure our customers are able to manage, plan and optimize their telecom inventory to Operational Inventory Systems.

Tiffany C. Brown

Service Delivery

As a leader of Sage’s Service Delivery team, Tiffany Brown helps our clients implement and recognize optimal savings from their inventory.  Tiffany is also a recognized community leader for her philanthropic efforts.

Keith A. Swaim

Audit Division

Keith Swaim supports the audit team and focuses on complex tariff and contract analysis.  Keith spends his free time coordinating hockey-themed charity events for various causes in the DC-metro area.
